Bingöl Vocational School ,then affiliated to Fırat University, was established in 1986. Upon the foundation of Bingöl University in 2007, the name of the school was changed into Vocational School of Social Science and conjoined to Bingöl University and a new vocational school was decided to be founded. With the offer of the senate, Vocational School of Technical Sciences has been established by decision of the Council of Higher Education‘s (YOK) on 04 February 2010. After the foundation of Vocational School of Technical Sciences  programmes of Apiculture, Computer Programming, Large and Small Cattle Breeding, Electrical, Electronical Communication, Carpet Weaving, Construction Technology, Landscape And Ornamental Planting, Field Crops and Textile Technology were linked to the vocational school. There are 3 associate professors, 7 assistant professors, 27 instructors, 1 lecturer and 8 administrative staff on duty  at our school.

Our Mission

Our primary mission, as Vocational School of Technical Sciences , is to meet the need of qualified intermediate staff for development of regional and national economy, organize modern and participatory education programs focusing on the practice as well as the academic side of the issue, train students who are technologically and professionally qualified, equipped with an abundance of up to date knowledge, who can communicate with skills and social awareness in an international setting, who have a well-developed sense of analytical thought, who support team spirit and solidarity, who are open-minded towards professional and personal development, who are participatory, dynamic and respectful of professional ethics, and the consciousness of the society and provide sustainable, innovative, responsible and utilitarian solutions to the world and the country.

The vision of Bingöl University Vocational School of Technical Sciences  is to become a vocational school which;
